Rates
All rates are ROOM RATE for single or double occupancy and are inclusive of Full Scottish Breakfast and VAT.
Sofa beds are available on request and subject to a surcharge of £15.00 per night.

Email enquiries will be responded to within 24 HOURS. Reservations cannot be confirmed or guaranteed unless supported with a credit/debit card. Address details must also be supplied. Cash payments can be made on arrival or departure, however, credit/debit card guarantee will still be required on reservation. Please note that we are unable to accept Cheques, American Express or Diners cards. Check in after 1pm. Check out 11am.
Cancellation Policy – Strictly 12 noon on day of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to full room charge for 1st night's accommodation.
For bookings of 10 rooms of more, there is a separate cancellation policy. We will advise at time of booking
